Enteromix – The Cancer Vaccine Has Succeeded

1. What is Enteromix?
Enteromix, a Russian cancer vaccine, is an mRNA-based oncolytic and personalized vaccine. It has shown promising results and is considered “ready for clinical use.” Once approved, it will be available free of charge to patients.

According to Economic Times, preliminary trials confirm its effectiveness. Initially developed for colorectal cancer, The Logical Indian reports that tumor regression and slowed tumor growth of up to 80% were observed, along with exceptionally high safety even with repeated doses. The research also includes versions targeting other cancers such as glioblastoma and melanoma.

2. How does this approach work?
In a more detailed explanation by NDTV, it is stated that the vaccine is personalized to the patient’s unique tumor genetic profile and uses mRNA technology to “teach” the immune system to recognize and attack cancer cells. The results include tumor shrinkage and destruction without serious side effects.

The first trials were conducted on animals, where a 100% success rate was achieved. Currently, it is being tested on 48 volunteers, and the results were announced at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum.

The oncolytic vaccine “EnteroMix” is based on a combination of four non-pathogenic viruses that can destroy malignant cells while simultaneously activating the immune system. Preclinical studies have already been completed, showing effects ranging from slowed tumor growth to complete tumor destruction. It is also reported that Phase I clinical trials were successfully completed in animals with 100% success.

In the next stage, treatment began on 48 volunteers, where no toxicity was detected.

3. Outlook and significance
This development may become the medical miracle of the 21st century. The topic is deeply important, and the long-awaited treatment is nearly ready. It has always been known that there are no impossible things—only those we have not yet understood. We keep our fingers crossed for all who are in need, and we will follow the progress with great interest.

We are now waiting for official information to appear in the clinical trial registries at clinicaltrials.gov or WHO ICTRP, as well as the first peer-reviewed scientific publications in PubMed.

Stay healthy and do not lose hope. With advancing technology, the analysis of information becomes much faster, which is greatly accelerating medical research.
